RETURN & REFUND POLICY – MIMI PET STORE 

1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Perishable pet food, opened packages, and hygiene-related items cannot be returned.

2. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened pet food or treats
  • Used pet accessories
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Personalised or custom-made products

4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the result. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 working days.

5. Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed only for defective or incorrect items. For size-related exchanges, items must be unused and shipping costs may apply. 

We do not accept returns or refunds for 'change of mind' requests*. Returns will only be processed for items that are defective, damaged, or significantly not as described, as protected by the Consumer Protection Act 1999 (CPA).

*However, we understand that issues can arise. If you wish to request an exception, please contact our customer service team at shop@mimipetstore.com.

All such requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to final approval by our management team.

6. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or sent incorrectly by us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
