At Mimi Pet Store, we’re committed to delivering your pet's essentials quickly, safely, and affordably across Malaysia. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping!

1. Order Processing Time
- Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
- Orders placed after 4:00 PM or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.
- During major sales (e.g. 10.10, 11.11, 12.12, CNY) or peak periods, processing may take up to 3 business days.

2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Time
We partner with Malaysia’s most reliable couriers!

- Standard Shipping
  Peninsular Malaysia: 1–3 business days
  East Malaysia (Sabah/Sarawak): 3–7 business days

- Express / Next Day
  Peninsular Malaysia: Next business day (selected areas)
  East Malaysia: 2–4 business days
  (Extra fee applies; subject to availability)

Important: Delivery estimates start from the day your order is processed. Actual times may vary due to weather, festivals, peak season, or remote area surcharges.

3. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on order weight, package size and delivery location.

Approximate rates:
- Peninsular Malaysia → RM8 – RM18
- East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak) → RM20 – RM45+ (heavier items cost more)

Free Shipping Promotion
We run free shipping campaigns frequently — watch out for banners during sales!

4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email/SMS with your tracking number.
Track anytime via:
- Your Account → My Orders on our website
- Or directly on the courier’s site/app (J&T Express, Ninja Van, Pos Laju, etc.)

5. Important Notes
- We currently ship only within Malaysia (Peninsular, Sabah & Sarawak). No international shipping at this time.
- Some bulky/heavy items (e.g. large pet cages, 15kg+ pet food bags) may incur additional surcharges — displayed clearly at checkout.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for certain couriers.
- Live animals, perishable items, or restricted goods are not shipped.

6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
- Allow up to 7 business days (Peninsular) or 14 business days (East Malaysia) before contacting us about non-delivery.
- For damaged or wrong items, please take photos and contact us within 7 days of receipt — refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
We work closely with our couriers to resolve issues quickly (replacement or refund where applicable).
